The Importance of Annual Maintenance
Annual maintenance can extend the life of your heating and cooling equipment. Central cooling and heating systems generally last 12 to 15 years with manufacturer-recommended maintenance. Check your equipment warranty and you will likely find that routine maintenance is required by the manufacturer as part of the warranty agreement. Equipment failures due to lack of maintenance are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
According to the Energy Star Action Guide, to improve the performance of heating and cooling equipment homeowners should have their systems serviced annually by a licensed contractor and clean or replace air filters regularly.
Although regular checkups will not guarantee that your equipment will work perfectly through the season, it can reveal the small problems that can lead to major problems if left unattended.

Our Tune-Up Program
Your system will be carefully inspected and serviced during the summer season and winter season. The tune-ups will be performed during regular business hours by our skilled technicians providing the most thorough cleaning and inspection process you can get.
For our customers who would like to have routine maintenance on an unscheduled basis, or would like a one-time inspection without commitments, we offer the same professional maintenance inspection without the benefits of a planned program.
